ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct.

"HELP!" Maori screamed as she ran down Road Street. She had ordered shadows to chase her in order for her plan to join the Rebels work. Tears streamed down her face as one tackled her. She hit the ground. "HELP!" She was a very good actress. She pretended to kick at the shadow to get it off.

Maori smiled sweetly. "Of course! You are my idol! You left the fortress and you aren't dead yet! I mean. I'm in the process of leaving but of course as you can see... I almost didn't make it...." Maori explained. "Anyway. I'm a half blood if you haven't gotten that yet and I tried to kill the newest king."

She stood up. "Well you are hated around the fortress but of course, haters make you even more famous. Anyway. Do you think I could join you?" She blushed softly and stared at the ground.

Maori smiled. "Alright." She followed him until they got to the Walmart. "Um... Are you sure they'd accept someone like me?" she said once they were in front of the doors.

Loki nodded. "Well, there is the Infirmary. I am one of the doctor figures here, and help fix up people injured in battle. Over there is the kitchen." he pointed to a small room. "Well, we made it the kitchen. I helped install the various things." he lead her up the back.

"Here is the back room." Loki said. "We conduct training exercises and such here. The back entrance is located in here. Shadows can go in through there, but it is too well hidden." he walked down the aisles. "The back area has less lighting. Forgive me for that. We never have time to fix it."

"What's not happening?" she asked innocently. She smiled softly and stepped forward so she was almost touching his body with her's. "You know, you don't really look like Odin despite the relation. You are a lot cuter." her blue eyes sparkled, even though no light was really hitting them.

Maori wasn't fazed. "I know." she replied. She stepped even closer. "News gets around the fortress. Even if you are not one to listen, you still hear it." Her smile grew. "♫Do I make you uncomfortable Lo~ki♪" she asked in a sing-song voice.
