The remake of ATA, when the human race goes endangered.

ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

It was nearly midnight, and most of the Wal-Mart survivors were asleep. That is, besides Marti. The fiery red-head was in a back room, and had a boom box blasting. A bajillion pillows covered everywhere, and a stash of drugs candy and cds sat in the corner. Marti jumped up and down on a mattress she'd found kicking her legs up like a ninja every time she was in the air. A super sized bag of Twizzlers were open and in her hand, where she plucked on after the other and munched them. She had forgotten to lock the door, which was crack the slightest bit. The red head didn't notice as she slung her fiery locks back and forth as a rock song came on.

Marti instantly stopped jumping, and threw the twizzlers at the boombox, which shut it off. "Nothinggggggggg." She said, quite suspiciously, putting on a real smile.

Kross left the two to talk a couple of minutes ago. He was already asleep when he heard the music go back on.

"Oh for fucks sake..." He murmered as he pushed himself out of the sleeping bag.

He went back to the door and looked inside to see the two talking still.

"Hey. I don't mind if you listen to music but could you turn it down. Thanks." He said as he walked back to his sleeping bag.
