Suddenly, a volley of bullets collided into Shadowfire's back. Lance was outside the ring of fire, gun raised to the large Parashadow's head. "I'd suggest you run away. Bullets have proved fatal to shadows like you." He cocked his gun with a Click!

He chuckled at him, and muttered something. He slunk into the shadowfire which formed into the shape of a giant fire demon, roaring and swiping at Lance.

Lance dodged the swipe and landed,frowning. "Well aren't you an ugly one?" he muttered, revealing a knife.

The demon disappeared, but from behind it three nightcrawlers appeared, and one large shadow monster.

Lance stared at the large one doubtfully, but shot a nightcrawler, knifing the other in the face. They both disappeared. All that was left was the Large Shadow Monster. He withdrew a shotgun that was strapped to his back. "Always come prepared..."

It roared, lunging at him, while the nightcrawler snuck around behind him.

Lance dodged the Large Shadow Monster and turned around, kicking the Remaining nightcrawler into fire.

Lance frowned and pointed his shotgun behind his back, shooting the Large Shadow Monster in the head. He landed on his feet.

Lance looked straight at it. "Shit..." he cursed, withdrawing his gun. He ran to the left, around the ring of fire.

Lance dodged the first, but the second one hit his arm, pinning it against the wall. He winced and withdrew it.

Three bullets lodged themselves in his leg as he dived to one side. (Shadows have expert reflexes, i believe? ) The rest clattered on the ground. Also, shadowfire began to burn in Lance's arm where he got hit.

Lance held his arm. "Damnit, your right." he shot some more at Shadowfire. "How do I get to the antidote!?" he shouted at it.
