Adrian stared at the dust that was now the shadow. "You want to do that again?" She asked, pulling out her sword just in case. "Well, when there's one, there's always more..."

And Adrian was right. Suddenly, several shadows jumped into the street, surrounding the small group of teenagers. There were many Nightcrawlers with a few Elites leading them to attack. Adrian braced herself for the fight, glancing back at the siblings and Chelsea. "Get ready, guys!" She shouted before darting towards one of the shadows.

Skye's face lost emotion, as it did when she usually fights, and stabbed a shadow in the head.

Chelsea grabbed her bow and loaded it with an arrow. She shot at a night crawler. When it turned toward her she shot it again in the stomach. It vanished into nothingness.

IC: Skye blindly sliced three shadows, which afterward vanished. Darren shot a nightcrawler, which got up and limped toward him. He shot it again, killing it.

Adrian had charged straight at an Elite which was already ready for her. With her sword ready, she slashed at it but instead of killing it, her sword was stopped in between its hands. She gasped from shock of how easily her blade was stopped, but she continued to push forward before pulling away from the shadow. Almost immediately, the Elite had balls of flame flying through the air towards her.

Chelsea shot more and more shadows which also vanished. She reached for more arrows and kept shooting at shadows.
