The remake of ATA, when the human race goes endangered.

ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

Aiedle practiced with his sword on the roof, he was faced away from the panel in the roof."look what's become of this world"sighed Aiedle as he looked on the street below, not noticing the Shadow Leech on the back of his neck

OOC:Yes he has a Shadow Leech on the back of his neck, He traveled here from NC so he's bound to have picked one up in a swamp somewhere, oh and it's hard to see because of his black hair

OOC: Do you plan on becoming a half-blood?

IC: A shadow walked up and sat next to him on the roof. It gave a cute look and tried to smile; only to reveal razor sharp fangs. It was the same shadow that had licked Adrian the day Aiedle got there. The shadow put his claw out, as if asking for a handshake.

OCC2: This is Baby, who is Reuben's pet shadow ^^;

OOC: No it's just a Shadow Leech and I know (who/what) Baby is I saw the announcment, (he/she [I really don't know]) looks like a shadow (I think that's what they're called) from "Kingdom Hearts"

OOC: Lol yeah. Most of the shadows are based off of the Heartless in Kingdom Hearts. And Chelsea got attacked by a shadow leech and turned into a half-blood.

IC: Baby started to draw Amethyst in the dirt when he stopped and sniffed the air. He began to growl and jumped back away from Aiedle, its yellows eyes glowed with a dangerous light.

OOC:yeah I noticed

IC: Aiedle stopped sharpening his sword and stood up held his sword defensivly afraid that Baby whould attack him

OOC: the only reason that Baby hasn't been shot yet is because Aiedle's out of pistol ammo and the firing mechanisim in his shotgun is in the prosses of being repaired

Baby leaped back just in the nick of time as the blade flew past. He quickly drew a diagram of the dirt. It was an aura around Aiedle.

OOC: 1. ? 2. I fully expected to be fighting a person but If you wan't Baby to die so be it(I say this because Aiedle is a skilled swordsman and through his eyes all he sees is a shadow attacking him)3. I whould have prefered if this was a one mabey two topic plot one up here where it's descovered by someone that he has a leech mabey the other in the Infimary (if that is what's needed to remove the leech)

IC: Aiedle stayed on the defense and jumped to the side slashing horizantaly at Baby's neck(if he has one)

OOC: O__o I don't want Baby to die. Baby isn't like other shadows when it comes to fighting ^^;

Baby seemed to poof into smoke. But there was no dust there, no signs of his body. Baby was sitting on Aiedle's head.

A boy's sword was drawn. His left arm was not moving at all.

OOC:I'll just assume that you just got on the roof and don't have a sword pointed at my throat

IC:Aiedle tossed Baby of his head and turned to face the boy "this thing tried to ki..."Aiedle was cut off as his eyes turned blank and he went limp (like a ragdoll but still standing and breathing, and yes the leech just took over). still holding his sword he ran at Reuben and slashed up and and to the right

OOC: dodge to the right of this attack for now

IC: Aiedle's eyes were blank and his left arm was limp, he hacked and slahed a Reuben untill clearly not himself he then fell on his face a Shadow Leech visible on the back of his neck Aiedle then rolled over and got up still attacking

IC: Autumn had heard the yelling(not to mention Reuben's swearing as well) on the roof, and climbed up the service ladder outside. What she saw when her head appeared on the edge of the roof was confusing.

Autumn saw Aiedle, whose face seemed void of emotion, slashing at Reuben with seemingly no sense of what he was doing at all. "Whoa, whoa, guys, wait!" she yelled. "What the fuck do you think you're doing?!"

Aiedle took no notice of Baby's pressense(spell fail I think)and continued to hack and slash at Reuben hitting him once in the sholder drawing blood

OOC: by now at least Reuben ought to know that Aiedle is being controlled by a Shadow Leech

He shrugged to the best of his abilities, wincing as the sword caught him in his side. "Well, last time I tried to get a leech off Chelsea turned into a half-blood." he jabbed out his sword and parried Aiedle's blade. He finally backed up and stood, ready to fight against the new kid.
