The remake of ATA, when the human race goes endangered.

ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

Ari blinked as he walked through the park, looking for shadows. The Playground was a creepy place. It was foggy and eerie, with a swing swinging all by it's self. It made a small noise.
Squeak....squeak.....squeak...
His eyes widened as he saw a kid at an area. His face was turned. "H-hey.." he called, reaching out for the boy. The boy slowly turned around, showing a skeletal face. A Possessor floated above it, and hissed, rushing towards Ari. Ari's eyes widened as it loomed over his head, but all thoughts became clouded.

Melody, going for a walk, was passing by the park. Glancing over, she saw Ari.
"Hey Ari!" she called, raising a hand to wave, making her way over with suspicion.

Suddenly, a cleaver was thrown, stabbing through the hand she used to wave. Ari's head was down.

Midnight sat crouched behind a bush, watching Ari with wide eyes. She was still confused with what he was, but she knew that a shadow couldnt be posessed by another shadow.

Taryn had been wandering, still looking for Milo, when he heard a scream. He raced to where Melody stood. "Ari?" He called, looking over at the boy standing there.

Ari didn't answer, and just stood there, looking up. His eyes were blood red, and were glassy and showed no emotion.

Midnight hesitated, trying to deside who to hurt. At a last resort, Midnight threw her dagger at the posessor over his head, now knowing what was to happen.

Melody dropped to the ground, now clutching her stomach. She couldn't move, the pain was so bad. After the momentary shock was gone, however, she reached for her Sig Sauer, aimed carefully, and fired at the spot right above Ari's head, missing be a millimeter.

The Possessor screamed. It was barely there, it's formed dissolved a bit. It made Ari stand up.
