ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct.

Lily walked cautiously down the street, her purple eyes looking for the next house to ravish of it's goods. With a small sigh she walked into the next house, glaring at the Shadow's that dared get closer to her. She had the scent of the Castle on her, and moved forward with out fear or hesitation. Purposely, she jingled the ninja star that hung on a necklace around her neck, as if to scare the shadows.

He had never been here. Never been this far away alone. Loki walked up the streets, clutching his sword. His blue eyes scanned the buildings nervously.

Lily walked into the kitchen, holding her nose as she stepped around the fifth dead body she'd seen that day. With a frown, she looked for food in the cabinets, only to end up with a bag of molded bread and canned tomatoes. Another infamous frown covered her face, as the black haired girl walked out of the kitchen and towards the living room, her bow clutched to her side.

What a place! Streets were caked with blood, and shadows walked up the streets.' If only I had a gun' Loki thought, sadly, walking into a houses living room.

Lily shrieked and pulled her an arrow out of her sheath and strung it into her bow, ready to fire at Loki just as he walked into the door. "Who are you!" She asked, her voice steady.

Lily turned the corner and almost released her arrow. "Loki, right?" She asked, cocking her head to one side. Her straight-across-bangs, covered half of her eyes, giving her a mysterious look.

Lily kick Loki's feet out from under him, but caught him by the arms, then grasped his wrist. "Listen to me. You have no right to be pulling a sword on me." She frowned, letting his wrist go and looking at Danielle. "There's another Loki?" She asked.

Lily looked at him and laughed. "Where not going to hurt you. You can go through the house, but there are shadows everywhere. And no food." She scoffed, kicking at the shaggy carpet stained with blood. "We could help you if you want." She tried.
