The remake of ATA, when the human race goes endangered.

ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

A new kid was down the street, living like every other day; fighting wierd shadow monsters. He sliced and hacked, but to no prevail, as they continued their onslaught. Worse, Shadowfire appeared and created a bow, filled with a shadowfire arrow, which has a similar effect as a shadow leech, but worse; it would heal Shadowfire as it drained the enemy.

Shadowfire whipped up the bow and shot the arrow. Aaron dodged, but it nicked him and set shadow into him, draining him. The others backed off, and Shadowfire flew at him lightning fast and pinned him against the wall, hand on his neck.

The bow turned into a dagger, and it stabbed Aaron, leeching more shadows into him. Shadowfire grew to his full height, now more powerful with the leech. He absorbed the other shadows and towering above Aaron, carried him away. (Btw he's unconscious now .-. )

He fell, and shrunk about three sizes, nightcrawlers falling from him and racing towards Danielle. Shadowfire continued towards the fortress, the hole in his back stitching itself.

Danielle sighed and drew her grim reaper dagger, stapping the nightcrawlers as she made her way towards her dague. Then, she raced after the boy and shadow.

Aaron over by the end of the wall, shivering as though something was right next to him. His pupils were diluted, his eyes were wide, and his skin was whiter than chalk.

Shadow leeches littered the ground, and Aaron got up, sword drawn. If you could see around his back, there was a black aura-tpye thing spilling out of his back as he walked.
