ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct.

Grumble Grumble...

Adrian had decided to go on a little adventure out of the Walmart. She was tired of being cooped up in there due to her shoulder, so she came out here instead. When she was a distance down the road, she stopped and pulled out her sword with her good arm and twirled it around a bit for practice.

Ari had decided to go for a walk around town, and maybe train a bit for an added bonus. Though, he blinked as he caught sight of Adrian. Shading his eyes with his hood, he continued walking.

Adrian stopped suddenly when she saw the strange hooded.. stranger. She turned immediately and pointed her sword towards him. "Who are you?" She called out to him. She wasn't going to take any chances of being nice with this guy just yet.

Ari grinned. He had trained with hypnosis some more over the night. "Let down your sword and stay calm." he ordered calmly with a hypnotic gaze. "I am not an enemy."
The key to hypnosis was to order the subject to be calm. Right now, he was merely using Adrian as practice, so he could maybe strike those rebels again for their food.

She gave him a confused look before her sword dropped down to her side, the tip clanging against the ground, but her grip on it didn't loosen. "Okay, Mr. Not-my-enemy. Who are you?" She asked again.

Her body suddenly relaxed to the point that the grip on her sword loosened and it hit the ground with a loud crash, and her gaze went blank. "okay..." she responded softly.

Ari grinned. "Alright. That is all. I shall walk away from here, and in ten minutes, you will forget everything..." he stopped himself. "...except that kiss." he ordered. It was brilliant! His hypnosis was at top peak. Master would be pleased, not mad. Ari pulled his hood over his face, and walked down the street.

Adrian nodded, still in a complete daze. *10 minutes later i guess..* After he had gone, she suddenly snapped out of it in a panic. She rubbed her head, very confused. The only thing she could remember was a kiss... a kiss?! With someone she didn't even know? "What happened?" She groaned before picking up her sword again.

"Oh.. nothing!" She replied, deciding not to tell him about what she remembered for she didn't know how he would react. To try to prove nothing was wrong, she walked over to him and threw her arms around his neck playfully. "Everything's fine." She said softly.

She gave him a reassuring smile before kissing him lightly, but the memory still haunted her. How long was she going to live with this guilt? She had to tell Loki at some point, but when? These questions buzzed around in her brain like bees.
