ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

Johnny sat at the edge of the pit. His feet dangled over. He was a bit lost. He was relaxing after the long hours he had traveled that day. It was getting darker outside.

A small girl strolled down a street her black hair shimmering under the hot sun. Seeing a teenage boy the girl approached him her gun coked towards him. Suddenly she disappeared only to reappear right in front of him. "Hello." she purred in a silky Italian voice, her grey eyes sparkling.

OOC: heh... reading this.. wouldn't Cappy fall into the pit if she appeared in front of him? He is dangling his feet into it after all ^^;

Adrian had been out and about out of complete boredom when she saw the two talking. She studied them quietly for a moment to see if she recognized them, but she only remembered the girl. What is she doing here? She thought as she walked up to them. "Hey guys." She said carefully.

OOC: Oh, fail. Okay I'm edit it, she is beside him

Cappy's head snapped up and her grey and purple eyes burned into Adrian. She sat down her black fishnet leggings giving out a purple aura, from her exposed skin. Then turning back to the boy she said, "Oh the rebels? I'm afraid you have come to the wrong person, I don't run with the rebels anymore. They left me out and ignored me, it was like I was on my own again." She said simply with a sigh her Italian accent rolling off the English words easily. "But if you want that you can follow that girl. I'm sure she would be happy to ignore you like she did me." She said with a small frown and stood up again and started to walk away.

Adrian gave Cappy a look of utter confusion. "I didn't ignore you! You couldn't speak english!" But she sighed heavily as the girl walked off. Slowly, she turned to the stranger. "I'm Adrian Galloway." She said, trying to sound a little happier.

Johnny was taken back by the contact with the girl. His mouth formed a larger smile the closer and closer they got to the Walmart. He started to drag her along in his excitement.

Johnny dropped her hand and stepped farther inside. He was taken back by the simplicity of the base. Whatever works.. He thought to himself. "Where is everyone?" He asked Adrian.
