ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct.

Odin kicked up his feet on the desk. It was good to get away from the fortress. It could be annoying there some times. He left Maori in charge, anyhow. Now all there was left to do was relax.

Suddenly Sanies appeared through the door of the building, grumbling to himself in the only way ghost shadows could. He only looked up when he passed through the desk and ran into Odin.

The little ghost hardly hit him, being a ghost and all. Odin narrowed his eyes. "Shadow. What is your business here?"

Whisper sat outside the office, her hands sweaty. She was debating whether she should tell Odin about the capture of her friend, or continue keeping quiet. She was tilting towards the quiet side. The light blonde whipped her nervous hands on her silver dress, and tugged at her black tights.

He glanced up at the king nervously before building up his courage to... float proudly? "I... need time... to plan," He managed in a raspy voice before a small grin appeared on his transparent face. His improving English skills made him happy.

"Walmart... attack," He replied as quickly as he could. Sanies had to do something to the Walmarteers *newlymadeupword..*. He wanted to show that he could be just as awesome as all of the other shadows, but with his inability to be a solid form, it was nearly impossible. His heart or whatever was there started to sink.

"My mission..." He said a little bit clearer. "Me... strong... like crawlers." It was his dream to do something like this since he had failed so many times before to impress anyone or anything.

Sanies stared at Odin for a moment before balling up his claw/hand/thing into a tiny fist. Anger was building inside his tiny body, but he just sighed and turned toward the door. Without saying another word, he floated through the desk once more and through the doors. He then saw Whisper outside in her nervousness.
