The Weeping Willow

OOC: should she die in this topic?? D: I can't decide... I'm leaning more towards living, but I dunno..

Adrian stood where she was watching the two half-bloods argue even though her mind was wandering off to where the Valgon might have gone. With a quiet, deep breath, she forced herself to focus on the situation at hand.

"I said I wouldn't bring him back." Elias gritted his teeth. "Shut up and stop getting in the way."

Whisper's eye caught threw sparks. "Yes, but your supplying her with the shard, if she can catch you Valgon." She hissed, ignoring his last comment. "Do you want Maori to kill you, and Loki?" Her voice was still angry, but a underneath the layer of hatred was worry.


OOC: I dunno. If you want to kill her, Whisper could handle it.

"Chill out, freak." he teased, sticking out his tongue. "She won't get it."

Maori? Adrian thought suddenly, that name unfamiliar. Obviously she worked for the new king, but who was she? Suddenly something seemed to fit. "Was she the one who killed Loki?" She asked, gritting her teeth. Anger was slowly starting to build up inside of her.

"Queen Maori? Yep." he murmured, cleaning his sunglasses on his shirt.

"What's it to you." She asked Adrian, smiling at Elias. "How do you know that, though?" Whisper said under her breath to Elias.

"These are my beautiful, fast, and ferocious valgon we are talking about. Not your stupid, slowly, ugly Possessors." he murmured, putting his sunglasses back on his face.

Whisper's face turned red. "My possessors, I'll have you know, are just as good as you Valgon!" She huffed, sticking out her tongue at him.

With Elias's answer, Adrian was furious. She gripped her sword so tight that her knuckles were ghost white. Her jaw was clenched hard as she took a few deep breaths to calm enough so she could speak. "Where is she?!" She shouted, interrupting their little feud.

"None of your business." Whisper snapped, crossing her arms under her chest.

"In a castle guarded by one million shadows and King Odin." he grinned at her. "Good luck."

Several angered thoughts that clouded up her mind slowly cleared away as she realized how impossible it would be to even attempt to reach the Queen. Instead of becoming even more furious at the thought of failure, Adrian broke down once again. Her sword dropped to her side as even more tears she managed to find rolled down her cheeks, and she stumbled backwards until her back found the trunk of a tree. "You're right..." She mumbled. "I couldn't do it.."

"Good girl." Elias grinned. He, though, suddenly withdrew a sword from a sheath on his pants. He threw it, and it pierced her shoulder, pinning her completely to the tree. "Now, you die."

Whisper looked astonished, yet very please at the idea of Adrian being out of Elias's attention. "How are you going to kill her?" She asked, shooing away the Possessor shadows mulling around her feet.

"Hmm..." Elias thought. "Maybe I could have my valgons rip her to shreds. She'd die slowly."

"Sounds ideal." Whisper smiled mischievously.

Elias grinned. "Any last words?" he called.

Adrian cried out in pain as she felt the sword go straight through her shoulder and into the tree, but something inside of her welcomed it along with the pain from the scratches on her back. This way, I get to be with Loki again. She thought with a smile on her face as blood from the wound slowly dripped down from her shoulder and down the side of her body.
But another part of her rejected the feel of the sword. It screamed at her to fight back, filling her mind with the memories of everyone she would leave behind at the Walmart to fight through all of this. Almost immediately her eyes widened as one memory out-shined the rest. It was the one when she and Loki had that made a promise... the promise. (yeah~ member that? ^^) "No," She replied. "I'm not dying today." She quickly grabbed Elias's sword with her free hand and yanked it out of her shoulder. She cringed as the blood flowed more freely, but the pain was ignored. She then stood ready with both her sword and Elias's pointed at him.

Elias clapped. "Bravo." he called to her, but whispered something in Whisper's ear. "Possess her or something."

Whisper smiled, and snapped he fingers. A Possessor shot out from behind a tree and dissolved into Adrian's stomach.

OOC: fudge muffins D: Dun kill her. I want her to live T.T

"Dang it..." She muttered as she felt the possessor enter her body quickly. She tried to fight it, but she easily lost. Almost in an instant, it was like she was in a trance. She looked up at Whisper without any emotion in her face.

"Yay!" Elias shouted, walking over to Adrian. "We have our own personal slave!"

Whisper looked to Elias. "What should we do with her now?" She asked.

Suddenly, there was a flash of bright red, and a baseball bat flew and hit Elias in the back of the head.

OOC: I could get Marti to come save her, I guess XD

Elias' eyes widened, and he slunk to the ground unconscious.
