IC: Baby walked and froze when he saw Cloud. Reuben caught up with him, first spying Melinoe and then seeing his brother.

The fool didn't even notice him walking from the scene. He after a while decided to watch his opponent slowly die, and summoned invisibility, staying in the trees.

Baby looked on before freezing. It's nose went into the air before it stared in Odin's direction.

Odin frowned. "Not just any half-blood." he muttered, before disappearing. He reappeared, pouring a few drops of the liquid on Reuben's back. "A commander."

"Oh, please. The effect hasn't kicked in yet. Just wait until the acid seeps in, and you'll be like your friend." Odin sighed, revealing two duel swords. The flask had a small amount of acid remaining. He'd have to fill it up after killing this human.

"The heart? Foolish human." Odin laughed, letting Reuben's sword pierce through his heart. He winced a bit, blood flowing, but then grinned. "I cannot be killed."

Still no effect except pain. Odin's heart wound was slowly healing, and he roundhouse kicked Reuben in the face. He took one of his swords and dug it into Reuben's shoulder, impaling both him and the tree.

IC: Reuben gasped in pain. His left arm slowly inched towards his dead arm and he pulled the sword out and collapsed to his knees.

IC: Skylar came running. She didn't know how she knew she was needed but here she was. Running. She saw Reuben on the ground screaming. "REUBEN!" she cried. She raced toward him, reaching his writhing form. "Reuben! Oh my god Reuben. Don't you fucking die on me now!" she noticed the other forms. Melinoe and Cloud. Cloud looked completely dead from where she was standing and Melinoe was in no better condition. I can't save them. But Reuben still has some chance of living. She wished someone else was there to help her.

Reuben reached up and grabbed Skylar. "Skylar... Don't let me die here..." He said desperately. It was a welcome relief in a sort of way. He'd rather die with Skylar being the last thing he sees. He tried to blot out the still form of Cloud.

Tears streamed down Skylar's cheeks. "N-never." She seemed to gather all her strength and lifted Reuben from the ground, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. She started to walk him toward the Walmart. "Don't worry Reuben. I won't let you die."
