ESS-CAP-EEH. GO DORY GO :D

A small clinking sound as Lily lifted her head towards her hand. She had been trying for hours and hours upon end. But it was hard when your arm was impaled with a shadow shard. Finally, she reached the hair pin in her hair, and brought it to her mouth. In a flourish of energy, she jabbed it into the chain's lock, and twisted with flurry. The chain came undone, and her shoulder popped. Lily gritted her teeth to keep from screaming out. She quickly twisted the hair pin in the lock on her other hand, and fell as it opened, pulling the shadow shard of the cork-board behind her. It still stuck in her arm. Still a bit woozy from the shard's effect, she stumbled as she got used to her legs again. Stupid Shadows, they had left the dungeon door unlocked. Lily opened it silently, then looked both way, and ran to the left. She knew her way around the shadow fortress. Soon, she was brought to a main room filled with unsightly shadows. Seeing a loose brick, she picked it up, and threw it down an opposite corridor. The shadows followed it eagerly.

Snoring sounded from the other room. It was Calder's room, and he was sleeping. Sleep was still a necessity towards half-bloods.

Lily shivered, and ran across the room, as the Shadow's inspected the rock. Any second now, she expected some alarm to go off, and a giant rusty cage to fall from the room and land on top of her. Stupid HBO Movies. Quickly, she made it to the door, and burst out, starting her get away across the vast courtyard.

Alright, though, an escape alarm sounded, and a shadow appeared in front of her, wielding an axe. It was Calder. "You're not going anywhere, bitch." he muttered.

Lily spat, and eyed him slowly, then in one quick movement, pulled the shadow shard out of her arm, and stabbed him in the chest with it. Blood splashed on the two. Lily took the moment to run.

Calder's eyes widened. He faltered, before slinking to the ground. How could she be so fast? How could he be so careless?

Lily waved goodbye to the Half-Blood, knowing it was not the last time they would meet. The Rebel base was so far away. She decided to run, using up her last bit of energy.

Calder held up a hand towards her. He knew in his heart he would die; whether by the wound or by the Shadow King. He slunk into unconsciousness.

Lily knew she would regret this, but she went back, and grabbed Calder's hand. She pulled him to his feet, and knocked the axe out of his hand. "I'm taking a big chance, but I can't sit here and let you die." She said, helping him walk away from the courtyard.

Calder glanced at her, unable to speak. What was she doing!?
He held his lower torso. He was stabbed in the liver. He'd probably die any minute.

Lily looked at him nervously. "We have to get you back to base! You need help. I think Sorren still has his revival shard!" She said, frowning. "Can you poof us there?"



OOC: Cause, yeah know, Loki can poof places :3

"I can...try..." Calder breathed, waving a hand. They appeared in front of the Walmart in a puff of smoke. "Is this it?" he asked.

Lily nodded, and dragged him inside, screaming bloody murder. "LOKI, MAN DOWN, MAN DOWN!" She screeched, pulling him towards the Infirmary.

"Whoa!" Loki yelled. "Lily!? We were just about to send a search party at dawn. Where were you!?" he glanced at Calder. "Who is he?"

"Someone who's lucky to be alive. Can you please help him." She panted, the adrenaline slowly rolling out of her body. Lily sat on Loki's sleeping bench, breathing hard. Then, she fainted, her head smacking the wood on the bench.

OOC: Exhaustion, lack of food and water, overwhelming shiz. So, she fainted.

Normally, Loki would be infuriated about someone on his bench. But he was too busy. "Alright....you. The only thing that will save your life is...," he dug into a bag, revealing a pale gem fragment. ",This."
Calder glanced at him. "Revival...Shard...how...?" he started, but winced as he held his chest. Loki sighed. "Sorry for this, dude." he breathed, and touched Calder's hand with it. Calder screamed as it implanted itself into his flesh. Though, after a while, screaming turned into panting. His wound was slowly healing.

Lily twitched as Calder screamed, but lay more or less motionless on Loki's bench.

Loki led Calder towards an Infirmary table. "You'll have to sleep there tonight." he said. Calder rubbed his head. "It's fine.." he breathed. Loki nodded and walked outside, only to sigh. "Lily..." he whispered, although he knew she couldn't hear him. "That's where I sleep..."

Lily stirred but didn't open her eyes. And open wound bleed onto her shirt where Calder had thrown the Shadow Shard at her, days and days ago. She looked do innocent, sleeping there, passed out.

Loki huffed. "Looks like my job isn't over." he murmured, grabbing some bandages. He knelt over her, working on the wound.

Lily grimaced in her sleep, as Loki started to wrap up her wounds. Her eye lashed fluttered, but she didn't open her eyes when she said. "Hey." Quietly, almost a whisper.

Loki hesitated. "Hey." he replied blankly, cutting off the bandages.

Lily grimaced. "I haven't seen you in awhile." She replied, looking paler than usual.

Loki looked down at her after finishing the bandages. "Same..." he whispered. "Where were you?"

She opened her eyes, and grimaced. "I got kidnapped and chained to a fucking wall at the Shadow Fortress." Answered Lily.
