The remake of ATA, when the human race goes endangered.

ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

Casper sat next to the pile of logs, thinking deeply. He wasn't a group person, and didn't much enjoy talking. He was an action guy.

Lily walked by, still kind of asleep. She turned her head and saw Casper, then jumped. "Oh God you scared me!" She whispered, her eyes wide.

Emmy was laying on her comforter reading an old magazine. She rubbed her fingure over the famous peoples faces. It was reports of them dying quickly. She wondered if any of them survived but shook her head. Getting bored she threw the magazine back in a pile of other magazines and books she had read. She got a peice of gum and walked over to Casper and Lily talking. "Hey guys!" she said with a smile on her face.

Lily jumped again as Emmy walked up unnoticed. She turned around quickly and met Emmy's eyes. "Phew, it's just you! Y'all scare me too much." The girl said, a little country twang mixing in with her voice. Lily was indeed from Alabama.

Casper grunted. She was right, his 'sister' got scared when someone was there, but didn't announce their presence.

Emmy shifted her weight awkwardly, it was like they had forgotten her. She backed away slowly and headed to her sleeping area and crash landed lazily on her comforter.
