Maori rolled her eyes and threw a knife in his other leg. She'd stepped back for cautionary measures. "Throwing is a lot better than close range. Don't you think? Sure you lose ammo but... You can always recollect it from the body."

Maori thought a moment. "It is my job as the queen to make the king happy. (oh so very "happy")" She said in a monotoned voice. "You're death will please him." She said before stepping towards him. She kicked him so he rolled to his back. "It's a shame. You really are cute." she told him before plunging a knife through his heart.

Loki's eyes widened as blood trickled from the corner of his mouth. He was trembling, but soon lay motionless.

Maori sighed. She closed his wide eyes for him. She walked over to where they had cloth and put white fabric over him. She closed her eyes and mouthed something before disappearing.

Baby ran with Reuben. Reuben stopped at the sight. He slowly lifted to see Loki's face. He dropped it back down and kneeled beside him.
"Loki..." he said in a wistful voice, as if he was trying to recollect a memory.
