With a loud, heavy sigh, Adrian turned back around and glared at Ari. "Thanks. For everything," She told him, sarcasm drenching her words before she ran back through the mess of trash cans and out of sight, tears rolling down her face like waterfalls.

Ari raised his eyebrow. "You have got to be joking." he grimaced. He also felt bad for Adrian, regretting what he did. He wasn't all evil.

"Funny coming from the boyfriend." Ari said, just guessing and all. What random dude would try to kill another guy over an assumption. Ari sighed, and lifted his shirt, revealing a long gash.

Annabelle cringed. "Ow..." She patted her dress for the pouch, opening it she pulled out a needle and thread, which were in a plastic bag for sterile purposes. She pulled out gloves as well and put them on. Pulling out a little moist towel she cleaned away some of the blood, she then started to stitch up his wound. "Please tell me if I'm hurting you." she whispered.

He had to admit, it did hurt a bit having a needle run in and out of you. But he didn't tell her, keeping a blank expression the whole time.

Annabelle finished up swiftly. She grabbed the towel she had put back in the bag and cleaned up the rest of the blood. "All set." She replied when she threw away the needle, gloves, and bloody towel. She gave him a soft smile. "Wasn't too bad was it?"

Ari shook his head. "Not exactly. Nice stitchings, though, I must say. You are some doctor." he commented.

Annabelle blushed softly. "Thank you Sir." she replied. She bowed softly. "You may leave now, since you seemed to really want to."

He smiled. "Anti-social much?" he didn't live full time at the Wal-Mart either, but he wasn't exactly the most trust-worthy person.

Ari stopped. "Simple. Everyone there would hate me. I don't want to be the odd one out." he explained crossly, continuing his walk. "I'd be better if I live alone.."

He shrugged. "You should at least try it out. Even if you don't live there full-time, they'll need a hand if you want to end this." he'd been revived for this purpose. But why did Liz choose him? He honestly didn't care what happened to the Shadow King. All he wanted to do was kill Reuben.
