The remake of ATA, when the human race goes endangered.

ATA-How it Happened
It was 2017. The Moon suddenly left it's orbit, and the Earth was a dark cold place. Millions caught disease from the cold and darkness, many became crazy and committed suicide, and many were killed by other things. Shadows. Shadows were wiped out when the Moon first appeared, after a meteor struck Earth. The gravitational pull of the moon kept them away. Though, as the moon suddenly disappeared from the orbit, the shadows once again appeared, and killed off most of the disease survivors. Now, only about 8,000 people live in the world, and there is a popular group of rebel survivors in New York City. These survivors are the closest in the world to the Shadow Fortress, and are the only ones that can save the human race from becoming completely extinct. This is the Prolouge of ATA. Help make the story.

Adrian, hanging out in Walmart like she always seemed to do, had heard the commotion Reuben and Skylar were making while they were running around the store. Sighing, she got up from her comfy place in the book section to see what was going on. When she finally found them, she froze, stifling a laugh. "Well, well, well! This is... interesting!"

She leaned against a wall/shelf/thing with her arms folded across her chest. "Sorry, I shouldn't have interrupted. I just heard you two running around the store.. didn't know if it was serious or not." She smiled.

Reuben struggled, trying to climb up the mountain. "Fuck fuck fuck..." His good hand sank deep into themountains, and Baby was waist deep. They were trapped.

Adrian stopped in her tracks, turned around then headed back to where they had originally started. Standing there a moment, she had lost track of Skylar but instead found Reuben and Baby (I LOVE that!). Running over to Blanket Mountain, she crawled her way through the sheets until she reached Reuben. With a smile on her face, she poked Baby with her finger. "Tag, you're it!"

Baby dug into the mountain like a drill, and Reuben look uncertainly at where he was at. He leaped and ran as soon as he hit the floor. Baby burst out, looking around slowly until he spotted the wood.

Baby scampered across the floor and leaped onto the shelves, climbing until he reached the top. He scampered down the shelf and leaped out at Skylar.

Adrian laughed as she finally found herself in the clothes section. Being a total epic little kid, she found a rack that was still basically filled with clothes and jumped in the middle of it, surrounded by dozens of shirts to hide her from the person who was it.
