Amethyst smirked. She understood where he was coming from. She didn't even feel the need to ask. She wrote again.
Understood.
She was laughing on the inside from his pure idiocy. Never did it enter his mind that something went wrong? she wondered. Loki was always very straight forward and trustworthy. But he made stupid actions that got others killed. Including herself. What gave him the right to be set free while she fell to the hands of shadows? What gave him the right to live out his life when her body was shoved aside, neglected, forgotten? Nothing. No one gave him this right. He should've died the day she did. She regretted thinking of him before deciding she wasn't the one that could end this battle of humans and shadows. She was always too soft.

Loki blinked. "You alright?" he asked, finding the odd silence when Amethyst was thinking odd.

Amethyst snapped out of her thought process. She nodded to him. She was fine alright, that was no lie. She was close enough to kill Loki if she wanted to. But she knew she couldn't. Not yet. He would die by her hands as long as she still lived. But she would have to wait until he had no guard around her.
